Analisis SWOT Usaha Kampung Nelayan Desa Sarang Tiung Kabupaten Kotabaru

This study analyzes the factors influencing the development of culinary tourism businesses in Kampung Nelayan, Sarang Tiung Village, Kotabaru Regency, using a SWOT analysis. The findings indicate that the business has strengths in service variety and strategic location but faces challenges in revenue, infrastructure, and promotion. Key opportunities include minimal competition and a stable customer base, while threats involve dependency on weekend visitors and weather conditions. The recommended development strategies include infrastructure improvements, enhanced promotion, and business diversification to ensure sustainability.
