PENGARUH STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PERUSAHAAN DAERAH AIR MINUM (PDAM) KOTABARU

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress on the performance of PDAM Kotabaru employes. The research data were obtained from questionnaires, company documents, books, journals and other written sources. The number of samples 50 employess. The sample method used is saturated sampling where the entire population is sampled.

The results of this study indicate that work stress has a significant effect on the performance of PDAM Kotabaru employess partially with a value of Tcount>Table and the significance level is less than 0,05. Tcount value is -6,003 and the significant value is 0,000. While the value of Ttable is 2,011. It can be concluded that there is an influence of work stress on the performance of PDAM Kotaabru employees.
