Analisis SWOT Usaha BUMDes Desa Tirawan Kabupaten Kotabaru

This study analyzes the internal and external factors affecting the tent rental business of BUMDes in Tirawan Village, Kotabaru Regency, using a qualitative approach and SWOT analysis. The results show that the business has strengths in product quality and partner support but faces challenges in promotion, unstable income, and market competition. To support its growth, recommended strategies include digital marketing, service diversification, and management strengthening. With the right steps, this BUMDes has the potential to grow and enhance the village economy.
